Pawlicy to present rollout to PVCC leadership team

Leadership team to align on the proposed Pawlicy Advisor rollout to clinics

Dr. Loomis, Claudette, and Julie to send an email to PVCC key stakeholders asking them to join informational webinars

Management teams can scan the provided QR code at the end of their webinar session to confirm attendance.

Following management team webinars, clinics are prompted to choose a time to join a Pawlicy webinar session.

PVCC management to send a follow-up email that Pawlicy is officially an option they can recommend to pet parents. This email includes information for clinics to use and other support options such as a licensed provider team contact/website info.

Finally, PVCC leaders to share clinic wellness plans to add to the pet parent dashboard experience.

Introductions to dedicated Pawlicy Customer Success Manager

Monthly reports emailed, highlighting performance and updated office hours for any questions or new hire training.
