Following management team webinars, clinics are prompted to choose a time to join a Pawlicy webinar session.
Heart + Paw's management to send a follow-up email that Pawlicy is officially an option they can recommend to pet parents. This email includes information for clinics to use and other support options such as a licensed provider team contact/website info.
Pawlicy Team handles all of the backend setup; no implementation lift is needed from Heart + Paw's Leadership Team, or their clinics.
Pawlicy Team sends out "Welcome Email" to all clinics with each clinic's username, password, and helpful resources.
