Welcome to Pawlicy's onboarding strategy and checklist for Heart + Paw. We’re excited to help your team provide more complete care to all pets and reduce the liability of recommending a particular insurance provider.

Roadmap

After the order form has been authorized and rollout timing has been approved the following will take place:

Day 1

Welcome to Pawlicy Advisor, Heart + Paw!

Heart + Paw completes order form and provides clinic roster for integration setup

Heart + Paw and Pawlicy align on key metrics for reporting

Weeks 1-2

Pawlicy to set webinar meetings for Heart + Paw’s regional leadership teams at their convenience

Gets leaders excited about Pawlicy Advisor

Answer leadership questions

Offer direct support options

Scan QR code for webinar attendance

Weeks 3-4

Set webinar meetings for Heart + Paw's extended clinics to join at their convenience

Get clinics excited about Pawlicy Advisor

Answer team questions

Week 

“Welcome Email” sent to all Heart + Paw's clinics offering pet insurance assistance with Pawlicy Advisor

Pawlicy or Heart + Paw emails go live announcement

Weeks 6-7

Pawlicy led group check-ins begin

Recap of information shared

Reinforce support options for leadership and clinic teams

Checklist for [Group Name Here] Leaders & Clinics

Pawlicy to present rollout to Heart + Paw's leadership team

Leadership team to align on the proposed Pawlicy Advisor rollout to clinics

Heart + Paw's Leadership Team to send an email to Heart + Paw's key stakeholders asking them to join informational webinars

Following management team webinars, clinics are prompted to choose a time to join a Pawlicy webinar session.

Heart + Paw's management to send a follow-up email that Pawlicy is officially an option they can recommend to pet parents. This email includes information for clinics to use and other support options such as a licensed provider team contact/website info.

Pawlicy Team handles all of the backend setup; no implementation lift is needed from Heart + Paw's Leadership Team, or their clinics.

Heart + Paw's leaders to share clinic wellness plans to add to the pet parent dashboard experience.

Pawlicy Team sends out "Welcome Email" to all clinics with each clinic's username, password, and helpful resources.

Post Rollout Plan

Pawlicy to conduct standing meetings with Heart + Paw's leaders at Heart + Paw's convenience

Review metrics important to the group

Strategize about new opportunities and communication methods

Share the latest Pawlicy Advisor updates 

Introductions to dedicated Pawlicy Customer Success Manager

Monthly reports emailed, highlighting performance and updated office hours for any questions or new hire training.

  • Learn new talk tracks (cadence of their choosing)
